Frequently Asked QuestionsAmazon Miniatures sell direct by mail order worldwide including the USA and therefore there is not a distributor in the USA. There are over 5000 miniatures in our ranges and this is too large a stock for any shop to carry. Mail order is fast and payment can be made in US Dollars
Yes. All orders are calculated in Pounds and may be converted in to US$.
A good question because in fact while today's figures are called 25mm or 28mm there are variations in size. Most of our older figures are larger than 'true' 25mm and are a little smaller that today's 28mm figures but will still fit in alongside. AMS ranges are 28mm. We have now started to add scale information to the catalogue and where available this is shown in the range listings or when you press the "Info" button.

If the goods are faulty or have been delivered incorrectly we will of course exchange these free of charge and postage and packing is free.
If you wish to return the goods because you have changed your mind, then you may exchange these for other items or for a credit note to the value of the goods. When you choose your alternative items please take into account the costs of postage & packing which will need to be added.
The QT and QT+ ranges are multipart figures, that is they are made up of various components: separate head, body, weapon and shield. Note the head is shown on the body for proportion only and the actual head is shown separately.

No, the miniatures are delivered in bare metal for you to paint yourself or
for a painter to do it for you. We can put you in touch with painters if you

Your Own Miniatures section. You should log in as a member first as the
miniatures you design need to be saved against your own name so that they can be
retrieved again
